Born and raised in Hong Kong, Bonnie embodies the vibrant fusion of cultures that define this dynamic bustling city. She fluently navigates the worlds of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, effortlessly bridging language barriers with her multilingual prowess.

Bonnie's journey in Speech Pathology is marked by her unwavering commitment to excellence. Having pursued two Master’s degrees from prestigious institutions in Hong Kong and Australia, Bonnie brings a unique and diverse perspective to her practice. Her educational background reflects not only a commitment to lifelong learning but also a dedication to staying at the forefront of innovative therapy techniques and methodologies.

With 10 years of immersive clinical experience in public and private settings across Hong Kong, Brisbane, Gold Coast and North Queensland, Bonnie has honed her expertise in nurturing children’s speech & language development, with a keen focus on supporting neurodiverse individuals, including children with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Having worked with children with a wide range of needs, Bonnie approaches her practice with a deep awareness of the individuality of each child. Her extensive experience enables her to tailor interventions with precision, ensuring that every child receives the personalised care they deserve. 

Coming from a culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background and having relocated to Australia, Bonnie understands first-hand the obstacles families of CALD background encounter. Her passion lies in empowering Chinese-speaking families in nurturing their children's bilingual development. Bonnie’s personal journey fuels her commitment to championing the growth and development of young minds, irrespective of cultural and linguistic backgrounds, to maximise every child’s potential, and to help preserve their sense of identity and belonging to their families’ cultural and linguistic heritage.
